The hotel was fairly clean and fabulous. The location was marvelous and unbeatable in the center of the Old Town. Thanks to the nice and pleasant staff everything was perfect. Choose a double room with a very comfy bed.

It has brand-new soundproof rooms, that come with the bedroom, double bed, a great view.

I had a real good stay at Hotel Elektor Premium in Krakow. Nicely renovated and well-kept hotel. - I truly enjoyed its super central location just next door to traditional Polish bars/restaurants and the square or surrounding streets. - Everything was superb as expected.

The hotel is stylish with a large breakfast. the location is magnificent, very close to the Main Square. - the room is contemporary and extremely pleasant. - the staff are helpful people at the reception desk.

The hotel was spotless and had brilliantly helpful and professional staff at the reception desk. Truly enjoyed staying in a nice size room with good air conditioning. the property had a super central location, only 4-6 minutes walking distance from a medieval Gothic gate tower.

The breakfast at the hotel was abundant and the food was always fresh. We particularly enjoyed the warm, freshly baked bread and the great selection of hot and cold dishes. The buffet was frequently replenished, ensuring that there was always a variety of choices available. the hotel's location was ideal for our romantic escape. It was situated right in the heart of the city, just a short walk away from the main square and other attractions. We loved being able to easily explore the charming streets of the city and soak up the atmosphere.

Although we had a wonderful stay at the hotel, there were a couple of minor issues that stood out. the noise from some plumbing work being done on the first morning was a bit disruptive, but it fortunately started at a reasonable time and didn't cause any major inconvenience.

The reception staff is helpful, the location is wonderful, the traditional restaurant nearby serves diverse food, and the breakfast spread is fantastic.

Very good breakfast. All important tourist attractions are within walking distance. Staff was very accommodating and the renovated room in the old building was very large.

The breakfast bread tasted great. Fresh fruit was always on the buffet table. Towels were changed daily. The staff was always very friendly and helpful!

Unfortunately the breakfast was not as expected. Fried eggs and scrambled eggs were lukewarm to cold and were unfortunately not freshly prepared on request. The buns were tiny. The carpet in the room should be changed.

Easy check in and late check out. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too. Location adjacent to a cave, the dining room/restaurant and all the main sights.
